Job Description
EonianTec is seeking experienced online media talent to carry out affiliate marketing activities and help achieve client goals and objectives throughout ongoing campaigns. This person will work hands on with clients acting as affiliate Marketing Specialist for affiliate marketing initiatives, investigate affiliate trends, master the art of client reporting, and partner with other internal teams to ensure the delivery of superior results. The purpose of this job is to grow sales and enrolments to EonianTec clients through the Performance/Lead Generation/Affiliate marketing channel.
Responsibilities
Create and manage digital lead generation marketing campaigns assuring constant optimization (emailing kits, sender/subject, html creativities, “ A/B” testing, banners display…).
The Affiliate Specialist is responsible for seeking out new affiliates on a continual basis and cultivating these relationships.
Grow and optimize existing partnerships with affiliate and networks.
Acquire and develop new publishers and affiliate partners to the program.
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues; new campaign ideas, incentives, commissions and bonus offers.
Stay current with trends in Affiliate Marketing.
Elaborate daily/weekly and monthly reports on performance and results and budget in view to maximize traffic, volume of sales and enrolments in line with ROI targets.
Conducting campaign analysis that ensures customer success and maximize the benefit per affiliate source.
Suggest and Implement improvements to landing pages and the email/display creativities in order to boost conversion rates.
Ensure tracking is correct and control performance for the assign affiliates/networks.
Troubleshoot technical issues to facilitate integration.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, preferably on an affiliate network side.
Ability to quickly recognize and focus on the most potentially profitable Affiliates.
Commercial and negotiation skills.
Dynamic and pro-active profile.
Language skills: Fluent English is a must and other languages like Spanish, German and French will be a plus.
Advanced Excel skills for building reports and pivot tables.
HTML, CSS and Adobe Dreamweaver desirable. Pixel and S2S tracking.
Good understanding of the affiliation world and email marketing.
Perfect knowledge of the different ad models: CPC, CPM, CPL, etc… and a thorough understanding of classical marketing, digital and social advertising in B2C environment.
